Sometimes books arrive in pairs that seem, at first, to have very little to do with one another.

One is quiet.

The other is enormous.

One asks you to come back to the small things.

The other asks you to look at the architecture beneath everything.

And somehow, both grew out of the same question:

How do we remain grounded while trying to understand a world that often feels anything but?

I’m very happy to share that two new books have now joined the To The Spirit library:

Small Medicines for a Broken World and The Signalcrafter’s Manual

They are very different books, but in many ways, they belong together.

Small Medicines for a Broken World

Small Medicines for a Broken World was written for the days when the world feels too loud, too heavy, too fractured, or simply too much.

It is not about pretending everything is fine.

It is not about bypassing grief, uncertainty, anger, exhaustion, or the very real difficulties of being human.

It is about remembering that healing does not always arrive as a revelation.

Sometimes it arrives as a cup of tea.

A walk outside.

A quiet room.

A familiar ritual.

A moment of beauty you almost overlooked.

A decision to care for yourself even when the larger world cannot be repaired by bedtime.

This is a book about small acts of restoration.

The kinds of things that may not change the whole world...

but can change the way we meet it.

If you have been feeling overwhelmed, weary, untethered, or simply in need of something gentler, this book was made with you in mind.

The Signalcrafter’s Manual

And then there is The Signalcrafter’s Manual.

This one is... considerably less small. 😂

The Manual is one of the largest and most comprehensive works I have created.

It explores consciousness, energetic perception, signal, resonance, discernment, unseen influence, the way humans interact with environments and one another, and the deeper architecture I believe may exist beneath many of the experiences we casually label intuition, synchronicity, sensitivity, spiritual perception, or the paranormal.

It is not a book asking you to believe everything.

Quite the opposite.

It asks you to notice more carefully.

To question.

To test.

To discern.

To become more conscious of what you are receiving, what you are transmitting, and what may be influencing the space between the two.

I have spent years exploring many of these ideas through To The Spirit, my writing, personal experience, research, and the frameworks that have gradually emerged from that work.

The Signalcrafter’s Manual brings much of that architecture together in one place.

If Small Medicines asks:

How do I care for myself inside this strange world?

The Signalcrafter’s Manual asks:

What exactly is this strange world, and how are we interacting with it?

Maybe we need both questions.

I suspect we do.

Two Books. Two Kinds of Medicine.

One book turns inward.

One looks beneath the surface.

One reminds us to tend the fire.

The other asks us to understand the signal moving through it.

Both are now available, and both have officially been added to the Books section here at To The Spirit.

Thank you, as always, for reading, listening, questioning, and walking into the strange places with me.

There is still so much we do not understand.

I think that is part of what makes the journey worthwhile.

Stay curious. Stay grounded. Trust what you notice.
